温阳益气活血汤联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病患者的效果

Effects of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with Metoprolol in treatment of coronary heart disease

目的:观察温阳益气活血汤联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病患者的效果。方法:选取100例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各50例。两组均给予常规对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合温阳益气活血汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)和左室收缩末内径(LVESD)]水平、血清细胞因子水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的76.00%(38/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEF水平高于对照组;LVEDD、LVESD水平和血清血管紧张素Ⅱ、心房钠尿肽水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温阳益气活血汤联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善心功能指标水平,降低血清细胞因子水平,效果优于单纯美托洛尔片治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with Metoprolol in treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:100 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the research objects,and were divides into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each.Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Metoprolol tartrate tablets,while the observation group was treated with Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of those of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the heart function index levels[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic inner diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic inner diameter(LVESD)],the serum cytokine levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 76.00%(38/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the level of the LVEDD,the LVESD,the serum angiotensin II and the atrial natriuretic peptide were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease can increase the effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of heart function indexes,and reduce the levels of serum cytokines.Moreover,it is superior to single Metoprolol tablets treatment.
