苓桂术甘汤加味治疗慢性心功能不全患者的临床效果

Clinical effects of modified Linggui Zhugan decoction on chronic cardiac insufficiency

目的:观察苓桂术甘汤加味治疗慢性心功能不全患者的临床效果。方法:选取85例慢性心功能不全患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=43)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用苓桂术甘汤加味治疗,比较两组不良反应发生率、治疗前后心功能指标[主动脉血流速度峰值(AoPv)、心率和左室射血分数(LVEF)]水平和生命质量评分。结果:观察组不良反应发生率为4.66%,明显低于对照组的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组AoPv水平和心率均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组LVEF水平和世界卫生组织生命质量测定量表评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上采用苓桂术甘汤加味治疗慢性心功能不全患者可降低不良反应发生率,改善心功能指标水平,以及提高生命质量评分,优于单纯常规西药治疗效果。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of modified Linggui Zhugan decoction on chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods:85 patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=43)according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Linggui Zhugan decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions,the cardiac function index[peak aortic blood flow velocity(AoPv),heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]levels and the quality of life scores before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.66%,which was significantly lower than 21.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the AoPv levels and the heart rates of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the LVEF levels and the world health organization quality of life(WHOQOL-100)scores in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment,Linggui Zhugan decoction in the treatment of the patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the cardiac function index levels,and improve the quality of life score.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional western medicine.
