止嗽散加味联合常规西药治疗慢性咳嗽患者的临床效果

Clinical effects of Zhisou powder combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic cough

目的:观察止嗽散加味联合常规西药治疗慢性咳嗽患者的临床效果。方法:选取268例慢性咳嗽患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各134例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予止嗽散加味治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)]水平和血气指标[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))]水平。结果:治疗后,两组FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF、PaO_(2)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组PaCO_(2)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.03%,高于对照组的86.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:止嗽散加味联合常规西药治疗慢性咳嗽患者可提高治疗总有效率和肺功能指标水平,改善血气指标水平,以及降低中医证候积分,优于单纯常规治疗效果。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Zhisou powder combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic cough.Methods:268 patients with chronic cough were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,134 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Zhisou powder on the basis of that of the control group.The efficacy,the TCM syndrome score,the pulmonary function index levels[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),Peak expiratory flow(PEF)]and the blood gas index levels[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the levels of FEV_(1),FVC,PEF and PaO_(2) in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the PaCO_(2) levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.03%,which was higher than 86.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment,Zhisou powder can increase the total effective rate of treatment and the pulmonary function index levels in the patients with chronic cough,improve the blood gas index levels,and reduce the TCM syndrome score.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional treatment.
