摘要
目的:比较微生物快速培养检测与快速血清学检验在小儿肺炎支原体感染诊断中的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年10月至2019年10月该院收治的150例肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床资料,患儿均行微生物快速培养检测和快速血清学检验,比较微生物快速培养检测与快速血清学检验对肺炎支原体感染的阳性检出率,以及对不同年龄(1~3岁、4~6岁、7~12岁)、不同病程(≤7 d、>7 d)患儿中的阳性检出率。结果:微生物快速培养检测对肺炎支原体感染的阳性检出率为96.67%,明显高于快速血清学检验的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1~3岁患儿、病程≤7 d患儿微生物快速培养检测对肺炎支原体感染的阳性检出率均明显高于快速血清学检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄4~12岁患儿、病程>7 d患儿中微生物快速培养检测与快速血清学检验对肺炎支原体感染的阳性检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:微生物快速培养检测在小儿肺炎支原体感染诊断中的效果优于快速血清学检验。
Objective:To compare effects of rapid microbial culture test and rapid serological test in diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 150 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 was performed.All children underwent rapid microbial culture test and rapid serological test.The positive detection rates of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection between rapid microbial culture test and rapid serological test,and the positive detection rates mycoplasma pneumoniae infection between in the children of different ages(1 to 3 years old,4 to 6 years old,7 to 12 years old)and those with different course of disease(≤7 d,>7 d)were compared.Results:The positive detection rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection between rapid microbial culture test was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than rapid serological test of 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For the children of 1 to 3 years old and those with course of disease of≤7 d,the positive detection rates of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection between rapid microbial culture test were significantly higher than that of rapid serological test,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).For the children of 4 to 12 years old and those with course of disease of>7 d,there was no statistically significant difference in the positive detection rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection between rapid microbial culture test and rapid serological test(P>0.05).Conclusions:Rapid microbial culture test is superior to rapid serological test in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in the children.
