摘要
目的:比较磁共振成像(MRI)与CT在膝关节软骨损伤和半月板损伤分级诊断中的效能。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年6月该院收治的120例关节软骨损伤和半月板损伤患者的临床资料。所有患者均采用MRI和CT检查,以关节镜半月板损伤诊断和关节软骨损伤诊断为金标准,比较CT与MRI在膝半月板损伤和关节软骨损伤分级诊断中的效能。结果:MRI诊断膝关节软骨损伤Ⅰ级的准确率高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI诊断膝半月板损伤的准确率高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI对Ⅰ级关节软骨损伤和半月板损伤诊断的准确率高于CT。
Objective:To compare efficacies of Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)and CT in grading diagnosis of knee cartilage injury and meniscus injury.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 120 patients with articular cartilage injury and meniscus injury admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 was performed.All patients were examined by MRI and CT.Using the diagnosis of the results of the arthroscopic examination of meniscus injury and articular cartilage injury as the gold standard,the efficacies of CT and MRI in the grading diagnosis of knee meniscus injury and articular cartilage injury were compared.Results:The accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of grade I knee cartilage injury was higher than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of knee meniscus injury was higher than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of grade I articular cartilage injury and meniscus injury is higher than that of CT.
