不同剂量丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林对川崎病患儿T细胞亚群和炎性因子的影响

Effects of different doses of Gamma globulin combined with Aspirin on T cell subsets and inflammatory factor levels in children with Kawasaki disease

目的:观察不同剂量丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林对川崎病(KD)患儿T细胞亚群和炎性因子的影响。方法:选取80例KD患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用1 g/kg丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗,观察组采用2 g/kg丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗,比较两组治疗前后T细胞亚群水平和炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平。结果:治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组;CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2 g/kg丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗KD患儿可改善T细胞亚群水平,降低炎性因子水平,效果优于1 g/kg丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of different doses of Gamma globulin combined with Aspirin on T cell subsets and inflammatory factor levels in children with Kawasaki disease(KD).Methods:80 children with KD were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with 1 g/kg Gamma globulin combined with Aspirin,while the observation group was treated with 2 g/kg Gamma globulin combined with Aspirin.The levels of T cell subset indicators and the levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),TNF-α,hs-CRP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the CD8^(+)level was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:2 g/kg Gamma globulin combined with Aspirin in the treatment of the children with KD can improve the levels of T cell subsets and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to 1 g/kg Gamma globulin combined with Aspirin treatment.
