知信行模式健康教育在肾移植术后患者中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察知信行(KABP)模式健康教育在肾移植术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取94例肾移植术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组给予行为护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予KABP模式健康教育。比较两组护理前后认知水平评分、遵医依从率、生命质量评分和护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组疾病知识、用药常识、护理知识、生活自理评分和简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组按时服药、规律休息、规律饮食、定期复查等遵医依从率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.61%(44/47),高于对照组的76.60%(36/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在行为护理基础上给予KABP模式健康教育可提高肾移植术后患者认知水平评分、遵医依从率、生命质量评分和护理满意度,优于单纯行为护理效果。 Objective:To observe application effect of knowledge-attitude-belief practice health education in patients after kidney transplantation.Methods:94 patients after kidney transplantation were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was given behavioral nursing,while the observation group was given the KABP model health education on the basis of that of the control group.The cognitive level score,the compliance rate,the quality of life score and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the disease knowledge,medication knowledge,nursing knowledge,self-nursing scores and the the MOS 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)scoresof the two groups were all higher than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of medication compliance,regular rest,regular diet,and regular review of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.61%(44/47),which was higher than 76.60%(36/47)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the behavioral nursing,the KABP model health education can improve the cognitive level score,the compliance rate,the quality of life score and the nursing satisfaction of the patients after kidney transplantation.Moreover,it is superior to single behavioral nursing.
