优质护理在儿科护理中的应用效果

Application effects of high quality nursing in pediatric nursing

目的:观察优质护理在儿科护理中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年1月该院收治的64例住院患儿的临床资料,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组护理风险事件发生率和家长护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组患儿护理风险事件发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长护理满意度为96.88%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理应用于儿科护理,可降低患儿风险事件发生率,提高家长护理满意度,其效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of high quality nursing in pediatric nursing.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 64 hospitalized children admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 was performed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given the high quality nursing.The incidence of nursing risk events and the parents’satisfaction on the nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the incidence of nursing risk events of children in the observation group was 6.25%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the parents in the observation group was 96.88%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of the high quality nursing in the pediatric nursing can reduce the incidence of risk events and improve the satisfaction of the parents.Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
