摘要
针对传统的泡沫沥青冷再生混合料内部弹性变形导致实用性差的问题,提出道路建筑材料泡沫沥青冷再生混合料配合比设计研究。选用阳离子泡沫沥青作为原材料之一,根据实际需求,确定泡沫沥青的质量要求,以此为依据,确定两种接近实际要求的原材料水泥、粗集料、细集料之间的比例,针对两种不同的配合比例,分别确定其最佳拌和用水量和沥青量,对两种合成级配验证,得到泡沫沥青冷再生混合料最佳配合比。实验结果表明:设计的泡沫沥青冷再生混合料配合比下的混合料疲劳寿命长,抗变形性能强。
Aiming at the problem of poor practicability caused by the internal elastic deformation of the traditional foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture,a design study on the mix ratio of the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture for road construction materials is proposed.Choose cationic foamed asphalt as one of the raw materials,and determine the quality requirements of foamed asphalt according to actual needs.Based on this,determine the ratio of two raw materials close to actual requirements,cement,coarse aggregate,and fine aggregate.For different mixing ratios,the optimal mixing water and asphalt amounts were determined respectively,and the two synthetic gradations were verified to obtain the optimal mixing ratio of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture.The experimental results show that the designed foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture has a long fatigue life and strong anti-deformation performance.
