数据融合PID算法综合管廊智能监控系统

摘要 针对综合管廊设备多,管理复杂,智能化程度低的问题,采用数据融合和PID算法对综合管廊内各专业工程管线的环境数据进行优化,设计了综合管廊智能监控系统,系统下位机采用PLC,系统上位机采用LABVIEW软件进行远程监控。实验结果表明,在相同条件下,采用本文所阐述的方法进行监测与控制,可以提高综合管廊系统控制精度,保证管道环境的监测质量。 In view of the problems of multiple integrated pipe gallery equipment,complex management and low intelligence,data fusion and PID algorithm are used to optimize the environmental data of various professional engineering pipelines in the integrated pipe gallery.At the same time the integrated pipe gallery intelligent monitoring system is designed.PLC is adopted for the lower computer of the system.The host computer of the system uses LABVIEW software for remote monitoring.Experimental results show that under the same conditions,using the method described in this article for monitoring and control can improve the control accuracy of the integrated pipeline gallery system and ensure the monitoring quality of the pipeline environment.
