在我国经济不断朝着良好方向发展的背景下,城市化建设的进程也不断加快,城市综合体开发过程中智能化技术应用广泛,鉴于此,本文首先介绍了建筑智能化系统中新技术的应用情况,然后分析了建筑智能化技术在城市综合体中的应用限制,最后列举了几项常见的智能化技术在城市综合体开发中的实际应用过程及效果,包括智能化技术的集成系统、建设通信管理系统及智能化公共安全技术,旨在进一步促进我国城市综合体开发领域的发展。

In the background of our country’s economy to develop continuously toward the good direction,the construction of the urbanization process is accelerating,the city synthesis intelligent technology widely used in the development process,in view of this,this article first introduces the intelligent building system,the application of new technology,then analyses the application of intelligent building technology in urban complex constraints,finally,the practical application process and effect of several common intelligent technologies in urban complex development are listed,including intelligent technology integration system,construction communication management system and intelligent public security technology,in order to further promote the development of urban complex development in China.
