摘要
传统的工程建筑项目管理方法存在管理效率差的问题,为此引进BIM技术,提出一种工程建筑项目管理方法。通过分析工程建筑项目管理模型属性、管理模型需求信息,结合建筑信息模型的应用,构建工程建筑项目管理模型。将BIM模型导入计算机操作系统中,调整模型比例尺,使其处于一种相对直观的检索范围内。描述可视化处理界面信息,使BIM模型呈现一种可视化状态。并选择“前锋线融合BIM模型”法,在模型中插入前锋线,调整工程施工进度,控制总工程进度追赶前锋线,以此校正并输出工程建筑项目管理成果,完成对模型的构建。此外,通过对比实验证明,设计的管理方法能够实现对工程建筑项目中各个结构构件可视化展现,并提升了工程建筑项目管理的效率。
The traditional engineering construction project management method has the problem of poor management efficiency.For this reason,BIM technology is introduced and a construction project management method is proposed.By analyzing the attributes of the engineering construction project management model,the management model demand information,and combining the application of the construction information model,a construction project management model is constructed.Import the BIM model into the computer operating system and adjust the scale of the model to make it within a relatively intuitive search range.Describe the visual processing interface information,so that the BIM model presents a visual state.And choose the“forward line fusion BIM model”method,insert the forward line into the model,adjust the construction progress,control the overall project progress to catch up with the forward line,so as to correct and output the construction project management results,and complete the construction of the model.In addition,through comparative experiments,it is proved that the designed management method can realize the visual display of each structural component in the construction project,and improve the efficiency of construction project management.
