三国时期曹魏政权的人才最多,主要包括谯沛良将和颍川谋士。孙吴政权的人才数量次之,主要包括以淮泗武人为代表的北方流寓地主和以顾、陆、朱、张四大家族及孙氏宗亲为代表的江东土著地主。蜀汉政权的人才最少,主要包括荆州集团、东州集团和益州集团。三国人才的地理分布特征与当时的政治、经济、文化及地理环境等因素有着密切的关系。其中,政治因素和经济因素较复杂,政治因素包括国家分裂、用人政策、人口南迁和政治联盟等,而经济因素则涉及对江东、荆州和巴蜀等地区的开发。

During the Three-kingdom Period,the kingdom of Wei has the most talents including the generals from Qiao and Pei counties and the consulters from Yingchuan area.Wu has less than Wei,mainly including the generals grew from the landowners in Huai Si region and the advisers came from the families of Gu,Lu,Zhu and Zhang as well as the relatives of the emperor.Shu has the least talents who mainly came from Jingzhou,Dongzhou and Yizhou groups.The geographical distribution of the talents in Three-kingdom Period is closely related to the political,economic,cultural and geographical environment at that time.Among them,the political and economic conditions are very complex.The political conditions include national divisions;personnel policies;southern migration and political union,and economic conditions are related to the development of the south of Yangtze River,Jingzhou,Ba-Shu and other areas.
