摘要
“非升即走”逐渐成为我国部分高校以评判教师能力为主要内容的聘用考核机制。“非升即走”对高校教师具有甄别选拔功能,是激励教师终身学习的指挥棒,但是其负面影响也不可小觑。从多学科视角对“非升即走”进行分析,了解其存在的合理性及问题,进而提出加强高校内涵建设、扩大人才引进、评价标准多元化、加强对教师的人文关怀、完善高校科研设施等对策,以期推进“非升即走”更加规范化。
“Non-rise or go”has gradually become an employment assessment mechanism in some colleges and universities in China to judge teachers abilities.“Non-rise or go”has the function of screening and selecting college teachers,which is the baton to stimulate teachers lifelong learning,but its negative impact should not be underestimated.From the multidisciplinary perspective,this paper analyzes the rationality and problems of“Non-rise or go”,and then puts forward some countermeasures such as strengthening the connotation construction of colleges and universities,increasing the introduction of talents,diversifying the evaluation criteria,strengthening the humanistic care of teachers,and improving the scientific research facilities in colleges and universities,in order to promote the standardization of“Non-rise or go”.
