取消“清考”背景下高校管理的压力及应对

Pressure and Countermeasures of University Management under the Background of Cancelling“Clear Examination”

教育部推出取消“清考”等22条举措深化本科教改,成为全国本科院校广大师生的热议焦点。在取消“清考”背景下,高校管理将面临来自学生的考核方式、学生毕业率、教师管理以及教师师德四个方面的压力。建立全面考查学生的系统、完善学业预警机制、健全教师淘汰制度以及加强教师的师德建设有助于缓解高校管理的压力。

The Ministry of Education launched 22 measures such as canceling the“clear examination”to deepen the undergraduate teaching reform which has become a hot topic for teachers and students in undergraduate colleges and universities throughout the country.In the context of canceling“clear examination”,university management will face four pressures from students assessment methods,students graduation rate,teacher management and teacher ethics.The establishment of a comprehensive examination system for students,the improvement of academic warning mechanism,the improvement of teacher elimination system,and the strengthening of teachers ethics are helpful to alleviate the pressure of university management.
