实践能力的培养是当前应用型本科教育的关键环节。作为建设交通大省和交通强省的河南省,公安交通管理工作面临的形势严峻复杂,工作任务繁重,对具有较强实践能力的高素质专门人才的需求也愈加迫切。因此,构建适应时代需求的交通管理工程专业实践教学创新平台就成为了刻不容缓的任务。以硬件建设起步,软件跟进支持,构筑实践教学创新平台内核;通过“内引外联,协调整合”推进实践教学创新平台建设;以“问题导向,师生共做”为中心,建立实践创新机制;按照“统筹安排,协调发展”的步骤,稳步建立交通管理工程专业实践教学创新平台,进而实现“为培养合格人才服务,为学科专业建设加力”的目标。

The cultivation of practical ability is a key part in the current application-oriented undergraduate education.As a major and powerful transportation province,Henan s public security traffic management faces a difficult and complex situation,the task is heavy,the demand for high-quality professional talents with strong practical ability is becoming more urgent.Thus,it has become an urgent task to build a innovative platform for practice teaching of traffic management engineering specialty to meet the needs of times.Based on hardware construction and software follow-up support,it is necessary to build the core of practical teaching innovative platform;to promote the construction of practical teaching innovative platform through“internal introduction and external connection,coordination and integration”;to establish practical innovative mechanism with“problem orientation,teacher and student interaction together”as the center;to steadily establish the practice teaching innovative platform for traffic management engineering specialty according to the steps of“overall-plan and coordinated development”,so as to achieve the goal of“serving for the cultivation of qualified talents and strengthening the construction of disciplines and specialties”.
