论匠人精神培养与思政课程育人的有效融合

On the Effective Integration of Craftsman Spirit Training and Ideological and Political Education

近年来,在教育行业大发展的形势下,很多高职院校纷纷开展创新教育,使思想政治教育能从多个方面得到落实,并在提高学生职业技能的同时,重视培育学生的匠人精神,让学生在理性认识的基础上重塑匠人精神。值得重视的是思政课程育人与匠人精神的有机融合并不是简单的叠加,而是要坚持学用结合的原则以及遵循系统论的观点。基于此,解读匠人精神的内涵,并以匠人精神培养与思政课程育人作为研究对象,详细探讨两者之间有效融合的重要性及有效融合的途径。

In recent years,many higher vocational colleges have carried out innovative education under the situation of the great development of the education industry,so that ideological and political education can be implemented from many aspects.While improving students vocational skills,it pays attention to training students craftsman spirit,so that students can reshape the craftsman spirit on the basis of rational understanding.It is worth that the organic integration of ideological and political education and craftsman spirit is not a simple superposition,but to adhere to the principle of combining learning with application and follow the viewpoint of system theory.This paper interprets the connotation of craftsman spirit,takes the training of craftsman spirit and ideological and political education as the research objects,and discusses the importance and ways of effective integration between the two in detail.
