思想政治教育视角下的大学生心理健康教育研究

Research on Mental Health Education of College Students from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

思政教育与心理健康教育,随着素质教育的不断发展,逐渐发生了一定的变化。不仅其教育方式趋于多元化,而且二者的育人价值和育人理念也得到进一步升级。在思想政治教育视角下,开展心理健康教育,不仅能帮助学生培养健康心理,也能使学生的思政素养和思政意识逐渐提升,从而使学生具有高尚的品德和正确的价值观念。首先研究思想政治教育与心理健康教育的关系;其次,列举心理健康教育取得的成绩;最后,阐述思想政治教育视角下开展大学生心理健康教育的策略,希望可以为思政教育与心理健康教育发展提供一些参考意见,营造一个利于学生心理健康发展、综合能力全面提升的教学环境。

With the continuous development of quality education,ideological and political education and mental health education have gradually changed.Not only the educational methods of the two tend to be diversified,but the educational value and concept of the two have also been further upgraded.From the perspective of ideological and political education,mental health education can not only help students cultivate healthy mental state,but also gradually improve their ideological and political literacy and consciousness,so that students have noble morality and correct values.This paper firstly studies the relationship between ideological and political education and mental health education;secondly,lists the achievements of mental health education;finally,elaborates on the strategies of carrying out mental health education of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education,hoping to provide some reference for the development of ideological and political education and mental health education,and create a teaching environment conducive to the development of students mental health and comprehensive ability.
