摘要
校外学习中心曾经作为高校网络教育连接学习者的"终端",在生源组织、学习支持以及日常管理方面发挥了积极作用。通过对25所高校调查分析,发现网络教育校外学习中心呈现"四化"特征:各高校学习中心数量差异化;依托单位层次低端化;依托单位性质民办化;学习中心功能趋弱化。主要是因为政策变迁和认识差异、社会转型发展以及科学技术进步所致。建议优化校外学习中心结构、重组校外学习中心功能、重配校外学习中心资源、强化学习中心质量意识,以提升网络教育发展质量。
As the"terminal"of online education connecting learners in colleges and universities,the off-campus learning center has played an active role in student organization,learning support and daily management.Through the investigation and analysis of 25 universities,it is found that the off-campus learning centers of online education have four characteristics that the number of learning centers in each university is different;the level of supporting units is low;the nature of supporting units is private;and the function of learning centers tends to be weakened.It is mainly due to policy changes and cognitive differences,social transformation and development,and scientific and technological progress.It is suggested to optimize the structure of off-campus learning center,reorganize the function of off-campus learning center,reallocate the resources of off-campus learning center,and strengthen the quality consciousness of learning center,so as to improve the development quality of online education.
