摘要
ZrC因其具有高熔点、高机械强度、良好的导热性及耐腐蚀性等优异特性,是一种重要的高温结构材料,广泛应用于机械、冶金、纺织、电子、航空航天等高新技术领域。本文首先简要总结了ZrC材料的性能及应用现状,然后详细论述了国内外ZrC粉末各种制备方法,主要有碳热还原法、溶胶-凝胶法、自蔓延高温合成法等,最后展望了未来的研究方向。
ZrC is an important high-temperature structural material due to its high melting point,high mechanical strength,good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.It is widely used in high-tech fields such as machinery,metallurgy,textiles,electronics,aerospace,etc.This paper first briefly summarizes the performance and application status of ZrC materials,and then discusses in detail various preparation methods of ZrC powder at home and abroad,mainly including carbothermal reduction method,sol-gel method,self-propagating high-temperature synthesis method,etc.,and finally looks forward to the future research direction.
