摘要
3D打印技术凭借轻量化、精细化等优势在制造领域和化工领域发展迅速,光敏树脂作为光固化3D打印的主要耗材之一,在打印过程中主要起到快速固化成型的作用。但是其可应用的种类有限,且打印件的耐候性、精度、强度和韧性等性能也难以满足不同领域的多种需要,光敏树脂已经成为影响光固化3D打印技术发展的瓶颈。本文从光固化3D打印技术的原理入手,介绍了光敏树脂的组成、功能需求发展和改性研究现状,并对今后光敏树脂在光固化3D打印技术方面的发展趋势做了展望。
3D printing technology of UV curable ceramics has developed rapidly in manufacturing and chemical industry with the advantages of lightweight and refinement.As one of the main consumables of 3D printing,photosensitive resin mainly plays the role of rapid curing and molding in the printing process,but its applicable types are very limited,and the accuracy,strength and toughness of materials are difficult to meet various needs in different fields.The development of photosensitive resin has become the bottleneck affecting the development of UV curing 3D printing technology.Starting with the principle of UV curable 3D printing technology,this paper introduces the composition,functional requirements,development and modification of photosensitive resin,and looks forward to the future development trend of photosensitive resin in UV curable 3D printing technology.
