摘要 水平井分段压裂完井技术的快速发展推动了油气开发向更大的规模和更广的范围发展,将非常规油气开发推向了更高的水平。以前常采用的水平井裸眼分段压裂完井技术存在井壁稳定性差、完井风险大等问题且分段级数有限,采用固井套管分段压裂完井技术可以对砂岩与泥岩储层交错的非常规油气藏储层进行更加安全、高效的压裂增产改造。为了让分段压裂固井滑套更好地满足现场井下固井及大排量体积压裂施工的需求,优化制定了配套施工方案,介绍了目前固井滑套分段压裂完井技术的发展现状,并对固井套管压裂完井中使用的固井压裂趾端滑套及固井压裂滑套在施工现场的应用情况进行了分析,通过对各类滑套中具有代表性的产品进行原理与特点的对比分析,得到了未来固井滑套分段压裂完井技术的发展方向,提出了分段压裂固井滑套的改进建议。 The rapid development of horizontal well staged fracturing completion technology promotes the oil and gas exploitation to a larger scale and a wider extent, and pushes the exploitation of unconventional oil and gas to a higher level. The commonly used open-hole staged fracturing and completion technology in horizontal wells has problems of poor wellbore stability, high risk of completion and limited stages. Staged fracturing and completion technology of cementing casing is safer and more efficient for fracturing stimulation in unconventional reservoirs with interlaced sandstone and mudstone. In this paper, in order to meet the requirements of in-site downhole cementing and large-displacement fracturing operations, the operation programs for cementing slide sleeves applied in staged fracturing were optimized. In addition, the present development status of cementing sliding sleeve in staged fracturing was presented. The cementing toe slide sleeves applied in staged fracturing and its field applications were analyzed. By comparing the mechanism and features of various slide sleeve products, it predicts the possible development direction of cementing sliding sleeve in staged fracturing and put forward some suggestions on improvement of cementing slide sleeves for staged fracturing.
