沿海开发中的物流产业发展服务平台研究——以通州湾示范区为例

The Service Platform of Logistics Industry in Coastal Development——Take Tongzhou Bay as an Example

配送系统在区域经济发展中具有先导和基础作用,然而,在新一轮的沿海开发中,由于缺乏市场导致物流产业发展滞后。为促进沿海区域配送系统的早日形成,行政力量必须有所作为。行政力量要想发挥杠杆效应,必须着力于沿海城市配送系统发展的引擎,文中以构建通州湾示范区物流产业发展服务平台为例在功能和结构方面做了探讨。

Distribution system plays a leading and basic role in the development of regional economy.However,in the new round of coastal development,the lack of market leads to the lagging development of logistics industry.In order to promote the early formation of distribution system in coastal areas,administrative forces must do something.If the administrative force wants to play the leverage effect,it must focus on the engine of the development of the distribution system in coastal cities.This paper takes the construction of the logistics industry development service platform in Tongzhou Bay demonstration zone as an example,and discusses its function and structure.
