Design of Smart Meter Goods To People(GTP)Picking Scheme Based on Automatic Logistics

在电能表智能制造过程中,对于订单交易,客户不仅要求商品的质量,同时还要求订单交付的效率。文中以WMS仓库管理系统和WCS仓储控制系统集成控制的自动化物流为背景,针对智能电表订单不同类型拣选需求,设计了“货到人”GTP挑选方案,实现了物料挑选的合理化、精准化及效率化。

In the intelligent manufacturing process of electricity meters,for order transaction,customers require not only the quality of goods,but also the efficiency of order delivery.Based on the automatic logistics integrated control of warehouse management system(WMS)and warehouse control system(WCS),this paper designs a“goods to people(GTP)”picking scheme for different types of smart meter orders,which realizes the rationalization,accuracy and efficiency of material selection.
