摘要
新零售背景下,生鲜电商作为电商行业的典型代表迅速发展,如何有效管控其居高不下的物流成本,提高核心竞争力成为需要重点关注的问题。首先对生鲜电商采用的物流模式进行分析,其次以阿里集团的盒马鲜生为例,在明确盒马鲜生物流模式的基础上分析其物流成本的构成,并重点探究其物流成本控制中存在的问题。最后,针对问题为企业降低物流成本提出改进措施,创造更多的利润。
Under the background of new retail,fresh food e-commerce as a typical representative of the e-commerce industry has developed rapidly.How to effectively control the high logistics cost of fresh food e-commerce to ensure its core competitiveness has become the key core problem we need to focus on.This paper firstly analyzes the fresh food e-commerce logistics modes,and then takes Freshippo as an example to analyze the composition of its logistics cost.Secondly,it explores the problems existing in its logistics cost control.Finally,some improvement measures for enterprises to reduce logistics cost and create more profits are put forward.
