摘要 “一带一路”倡议、“成渝城市群”建设大力促进了西部物流的发展,而物流人才的短缺已经成为其进步的一大阻碍。国家提出新文科建设来促进专业发展适应社会人才需求。《供应链管理》课程作为物流管理专业核心课程,亟需进行课程改革,为培养应用型人才献一份力量。《供应链管理》课程以“学思练固”能力训练模式,贯穿以“问题导向性的专业思政理论教学+应用操作性的实训教学+企业顶岗实习的实践教学+项目开发制的自主学习”的教学模式,推动知识内化,能力外显,素养提升,最终提高物流人才培养质量。 Many national strategies have greatly promoted the development of logistics in west China,however,the shortage of logistics talents prevents its further progress.The construction of new liberal arts promotes professional development to meet the needs of social talents.As the core course of logistics management,supply chain management is in urgent need of curriculum reform to cultivate talents better.The course of supply chain management is based on the ability training mode of“learning,thinking,training and strengthening”,which runs through the teaching mode of“problem oriented professional ideological and political theory teaching+application operational practical teaching+enterprise internship s practical teaching+autonomous learning of project development system”,so as to promote the internalization of knowledge,explicit ability and quality improvement,and ultimately improve the quality of logistics talent training.
