目前的有线电视业务还离不开机顶盒,机顶盒遥控器的外形、按键和码值设计是提升用户体验的重要因素之一。晋中广电网络对机顶盒遥控器进行了优化,去掉了冗余的按键,改变了遥控器外形和手感,兼顾了中老年用户和年轻用户的操作体验;同时,考虑多种电子设备遥控器间的干扰,设计了主备两套码值,增强了网络适应性。
