摘要
针对环磺酮代谢物开展制备工艺研究。以环磺酮为原料,经拜耳-维利格氧化重排等反应制备得到3个代谢物,含量均大于98.5%,满足用于农药登记、农残质检等领域的应用,极具社会应用价值。
The synthesis of three embotrione metabolites were first reported through a processes of Baeyer-Villiger oxidation rearrangement using embotrione as the starting material.The purities of three embotrione metabolites were all more than 98.5%,and met the requirement of pesticide registration and reference sample used for detecting pesticide residues.
