竹胶板-自攻螺钉钉帽拉穿试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究竹胶板在钉帽拉穿方面的力学性能,通过改变自攻螺钉直径和类型,对40块竹胶板试件进行钉帽拉穿试验,分析试件的破坏模式、荷载-位移曲线及钉帽拉穿最大荷载等,为其在加固连接上的应用提供数据支撑。结果表明:6 mm半螺纹TCC的平均最大承载力比全螺纹FTCD提高了50.67%;8 mm TCC的平均最大承载力比FTCD提高了18.14%;8 mm FTCD的平均最大承载力比6 mm的提高了24.9%。试验发现:钉帽拉穿最大荷载随自攻螺钉直径的增大而增大;相较于全螺纹试件,半螺纹试件具有更大的钉帽拉穿最大荷载。 In order to study the mechanical properties of plybamboo in head pull-through,40 plybamboo specimens were subjected to head pull-through tests by changing the diameter and type of self-tapping screws.The failure mode,load-displacement curves and maximum head pull-through resistance of the specimens were analyzed to provide data support for the application of plybamboo in reinforcing connection.The results show that the average maximum bearing capacity of half-threaded TCC of 6 mm is 50.67%higher than that of full-threaded FTCD.The average maximum bearing capacity of TCC of 8 mm is 18.14%higher than that of FTCD.The average maximum bearing capacity of FTCD of 8 mm is 24.9%higher than that of 6 mm.The results show that the maximum head pull-through resistance increases with the diameter of self-tapping screws.Compared with the fully threaded specimen,the half-threaded specimen has a larger maximum head pull-through resistance.
