木结构自攻螺钉抗拔承载力计算分析

摘要 自攻螺钉连接节点的力学性能与自攻螺钉的抗拔承载力密切相关,因此自攻螺钉抗拔承载力计算的准确性十分重要。文章介绍了国内外自攻螺钉抗拔承载力的研究状况,分析了抗拔承载力公式的主要影响因素。重点对德国、加拿大、欧洲规范以及中国标准六角头螺钉的抗拔承载力公式进行对比分析,借用两组文献试验数据对各个公式进行计算验证,对计算公式提出建议。分析表明中国标准六角头螺钉公式不适用于自攻螺钉,需进一步提出修正建议公式。 The mechanical properties of the joint of self tapping screw are closely related to the withdrawal capacity of the tapping screw,so the accuracy of the calculation of the withdrawal capacity of self tapping screw is very important.This paper introduces the research status of the withdrawal capacity of self tapping screws at home and abroad,and analyzes the main factors influencing the formula of the withdrawal capacity.The paper focuses on the comparative analysis of the withdrawal capacity formula of German,Canadian and European codes and Chinese standard hexagon head screws.The calculation and verification of each formula are carried out by using two groups of literature test data,and suggestions are put forward for the calculation formula.The analysis shows that the Chinese standard hexagon head screw formula is not suitable for self tapping screws,and further suggestions should be put forward.
