摘要
底层框架砖砌体结构底层刚度薄弱,抗震性能较差,在历次地震中破坏较严重。采用基于性能的抗震鉴定方法对某底框砖砌体建筑进行了抗震鉴定,分析了结构在不同地震作用下的层间位移角和塑性铰发展情况,评估了结构的抗震性能,并与现行抗震鉴定规程鉴定结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,与传统鉴定方法相比,基于性能的抗震鉴定方法可以全面评价底框结构的抗震性能及破坏机理。
The bottom frame brick masonry structure has poor integrity and seismic performance.A bottom frame masonry building was seismic appraised,using code standard for seismic appraisal and performance-based appraisal method.The traditional method is used to evaluate the seismic measures and the seismic bearing capacity.Meanwhile,performance-based seismic identification method was used to measure the inter-story displacement angle and plastic hinge development,thus appraise the seismic capacity.The results show that performance-based seismic evaluation is more comprehensive and effective compared to traditional seismic appraised standard.
