摘要
随着社会经济和工程建设的发展,桥梁工程水中桥墩施工难度增加,在相应涉水工程中,能否安全、快速完成围堰施工尤为关键。以鄱阳湖特大桥深基坑为例,在基坑开挖过程中,对PC工法桩桩身沉降位移和桩身变形进行持续监测,以进行施工监测和分析,保证项目施工的安全性。同时采用ABAQUS三维有限元模拟实际施工过程,并根据桩身在不同阶段的受力情况,观察对比实测数据和模拟结果中桩身变形特点,初步探讨PC工法桩在施工过程中的变形规律。结果表明:PC工法桩支护结构桩身强度大,安全性较高,经济性较好,是可靠的深基坑支护结构。
With the development of social economy and engineering construction,bridge piers construction in water becomes more and more difficult.In the corresponding wading project,it is particularly critical to complete cofferdam construction safely and quickly.Taking the deep foundation pit of Poyang Lake Bridge as an example,in the process of foundation pit excavation,the settlement displacement and deformation of PC construction pile body are continuously monitored to carry out construction monitoring analysis and ensure the safety of the project construction.At the same time,ABAQUS three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation was used to simulate the actual construction process.According to the stress conditions of the pile in different stages,the deformation characteristics of the pile in the measured data and the simulation results were observed and compared to preliminarily discuss the deformation rule of PC construction pile in the construction process.The results show that the PC construction pile supporting structure is a reliable supporting structure for deep foundation pit with high pile strength,high safety and good economy.
