生态文明视角下河南省新型城镇化综合水平测度研究

Study on Comprehensive Level Measurement of New Urbanization in Henan Province from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

摘要 新型城镇化建设利于提升经济发展效率,促进城乡协调发展.在构建河南省新型城镇化评价指标体系基础上,运用熵值法进行综合水平测度,并利用Arcgis10.2对其空间格局进行了研究.结果表明:1)河南省新型城镇化水平呈现出快速增长〜波动增长〜慢速增长的阶段性发展特征.2)河南省新型城镇化子系统构成不均衡,其中经济发展是主导因子,其次是生态文明,文化发展则最弱.3)河南省新型城镇化区域差异显著,呈现豫中、豫西和豫北等级较高,豫东、豫南较低的空间分布态势.4)河南省新型城镇化呈现高等级城市数量减少,中低等级城市数量增多的变化趋势.河南省应加强生态文明建设,为建设绿色城镇体系、优化调整产业结构、发展低碳循环经济提供保障,以促进新型城镇化持续健康发展. The construction of new urbanization is conducive to improving the efficiency of economic development and promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Constructing comprehensive evaluation index of new urbanization in Henan Province,using entropy method to measure its comprehensivelevel,its spatial pattern is studied by Arcgis10.2.The results show that:1) The comprehensive level of new urbanization in Henan Province shows the characteristics of rapid growth,fluctuating growth and slow growth.2)The composition of new urbanization subsystem in Henan Province is unbalanced,in which economic development is the leading factor,ecological civilization is the second,and cultural development level is the weakest.3) The regional differences of new urbanization in Henan Province are significant,showing that the overall level of central,Western and Northern Henan is higher,while the overall level of eastern and southern Henan is lower.4) The transformation of the new urbanization level in Henan Province is not good,showing a changing trend of decreasing the number of high-level cities and increasing the number of middle and low-level cities.Henan Province should strengthen the construction of ecological civilization to provide good material guarantee for the construction of green urban system,the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure,and the development of low-carbon circular economy,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development ofnew urbanization.
