摘要
异丙醇是一种具有重大工业应用价值的化工产品,可用做化工原料和有机溶剂。详细介绍了异丙醇生产工艺路线,综述比较了丙烯直接水和法、硫酸间接水和法、丙酮加氢法、乙酸异丙酯加氢法、乙酸异丙酯酯交换法等异丙醇合成方法的优缺点。丙酮加氢法合成异丙醇的路线产率更高,经济性更好,提出了今后异丙醇生产工艺的发展方向。
Isopropylol is a chemical product with great industrial application value and can be used as chemical raw materials and organic solvent. The production route of isopropyl alcohol is introduced in detail,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of isopropyl synthesis of propylene direct water and propylene,indirect water and propylene,acetone hydrogenation,isopropyl acetate hydrogenation,and isopropyl acetate exchange. The synthesis of isopropanol has high route yield and better economy,and the development direction of isopropanol production process is proposed.
