摘要
过氧化氢(H2O2)作为生物代谢过程中的重要信号分子,是活性氧(ROS)家族的重要成员。过量的H2O2会导致氧化应激,这是产生各种ROS相关疾病的关键因素。为了研究H2O2在细胞和动物组织中的多种生物学作用,已经开发了许多检测H2O2的方法。最近,荧光成像因其高灵敏度,操作简便,实验可行性和真实性而受到越来越多的关注。在此基础上,回顾了过氧化氢的研究进展,并概述了过氧化氢荧光探针的机理,实用性和前景。
Hydrogen peroxide( H2O2),as an important signal molecule in the process of biological metabolism,is an important member of the reactive oxygen species( ROS) family. Excessive H2O2 can cause oxidative stress,which is a key factor in the production of various ROS-related diseases. In order to study the various biological effects of H2O2 in cells and animal tissues,many methods for detecting H2O2 have been developed. Recently,fluorescence imaging has received more and more attention due to its high sensitivity,easy operation,experimental feasibility and authenticity. On this basis,this study will review the research progress of hydrogen peroxide and outline the mechanism,practicality and prospects of hydrogen peroxide fluorescent probes.
