摘要
膨润土在机械铸造中占有重要的地位。膨润土的含量及其热稳定性对实际铸造工艺有着重要影响。对不同类型膨润土材料进行不同温度下的烧结,采用吸蓝量来表征蒙脱石材料含量的变化。当烧结温度发生变化时吸蓝数量会随之出现波动。通过相关曲线计算,可得到新砂中膨润土的残留含量,从而对实际新砂配置膨润土用量进行合理制定。
Among the many production methods of foundry machinery,the foundry machinery of bentonite occupies an important leading position. Among them,the content of bentonite and its thermal stability have an important influence on the properties of bentonite in actual casting process production. By sintering different types of bentonite materials at different temperatures,and using blue absorption to characterize the content of montmorillonite materials. The bentonite is studied through preliminary analysis and application. When the sintering temperature changes,the amount of blue absorption will fluctuate up and down. The residual content of bentonite in the new sand can be calculated through the correlation curve,so that the actual amount of bentonite in the new sand can be reasonably formulated.
