摘要
建立同时测定舒筋活络丸中绿原酸、阿魏酸、紫花前胡苷含量的高效液相色谱法。色谱柱采用Thermo ODS-2 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm 5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B)(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为321 nm。绿原酸、阿魏酸、紫花前胡苷分别在7.93~158.62μg/m L (r=0.999 7),2.12~42.43μg/m L (r=0.999 6),10.36~207.27μg/m L (r=0.999 7)范围内质量浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加标回收率分别为101.92%,101.84%,98.42%(n=6),RSD分别为0.9%,1.5%,1.5%(n=6)。通过研究建立的方法操作简便,重复性好,结果稳定,可用于舒筋活络丸中绿原酸、阿魏酸、紫花前胡苷的含量测定。
In this study,a high performance liquid chromatography method was established to simultaneously determine the contents of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid,and nodakenin in Shujin Huoluo pills. The Chromatographic column was Thermo ODS-2 C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile( A)-0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution( B)( gradient elution),the flow rate was 1. 0 m L/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 321 nm. The levels of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid,and nodakenin were7. 93 ~ 158. 62μg/m L( r = 0. 999 7),2. 12 ~ 42. 43 μg/m L( r = 0. 999 6),10. 36 ~ 207. 27 μg/m L( r = 0. 9997) The linear relationship between the concentration and the peak area within the range were good;the average recovery rates were 101. 92%,101. 84%,98. 42%( n = 6),and the RSDs were 0. 9%,1. 5%,1. 5%( n = 6). The method is simple,reproducible and stable. It can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid,and nodakenin in Shujin Huoluo pills.
