摘要 建立了气相色谱测定溶剂型涂料产品中蒽和萘的检测方法。该方法确定的色谱条件是:氢火焰离子化检测器(FID);程序升温条件:起始80℃,保持1min,升温速率5℃/min,升温至100℃,升温速率40℃/min,终温250℃,总运行时间10.75 min,外标法定量。结果表明,在1~10 mg/L的质量浓度范围内,目标物质量浓度与其响应值之间呈现出良好的线性相关;加标质量分数为12.5、125、1250 mg/kg时,萘和蒽的平均加标回收率为93%~109%,相对标准偏差为2.51%和2.67%,能够满足检测要求,可用于溶剂型涂料产品中有害物质蒽和萘的检测工作。 The study aims to establish a analysis method by GC with FID detector for determination of naphthalene and anthracene in solvent based coatings. Used external standard quantitative method. Temperature program: Initial 80℃,hold for 1 min,heating rate 5 ℃/min,heating to 100 ℃,heating rate 40 ℃/min,final temperature 250℃,total operation time 10. 75 min. The results showed that there was a good linear correlation between the target concentration and response in the concentration range of 1 ~ 100 mg/L. When the spiked concentration were12. 5,125 and 1250 mg/kg,the average recoveries of naphthalene and anthracene were 93% ~ 109%,and the relative standard deviations were 2. 51% and 2. 67%,which can meet the detection requirements. The method can be used for the determination of anthracene and naphthalene in solvent based coatings.
