低温甲醇洗附塔管线风载荷应力分析

Analysis of Wind Load Stress of Low Temperature Metal Washing Tower

在低温甲醇洗装置中,附塔管线的风载荷计算是一项重要的计算内容。应用CAESARⅡ软件进行了风载荷应力分析,介绍了中美标准里风载荷计算的异同之处与管道风载荷计算中工况组合的形式。通过具体案例介绍了附塔管线风载荷的分析方法,为低温甲醇洗装置管道设计提供了参考。

In the rectisol unit,the wind load calculation of the pipeline attached to the tower is an important calculation content. In this paper,Caesar Ⅱ software is used for the wind load stress analysis,and the similarities and differences of wind load calculation in Chinese and American standards and the form of working condition combination in pipeline wind load calculation are introduced. Through specific cases,the analysis method of wind load of pipeline attached to tower is introduced,which provides a reference for pipeline design of the rectisol unit.
