摘要
作为生产指挥中心的调度机构,在组织生产的过程中,要站在全局的立场,从整体利益出发,从宏观着眼,从微观着手,按照最优化原则,协调好日常生产工作中的各种关系,为企业创造较好的效益。主要以调度管理及生产优化的重要性为切入点,探讨了提升调度管理及生产优化水平的有效对策。
As the dispatching organization of the production command center,in the process of organizing production,we should stand on the overall position,start from the overall interests,from the macro perspective,from the micro perspective,according to the principle of optimization,coordinate all kinds of relations in the daily production work,and create better benefits for the enterprise. Based on the importance of scheduling management and production optimization,this paper discusses the effective countermeasures to improve the level of scheduling management and production optimization.
