Effect of iRoot SP in root canal treatment:a systematic review and meta-analysis

目的评价iRoot SP根尖封闭剂在根管治疗中的疗效。方法使用Cochrane推荐的检索策略,进行数据库电子检索及手工辅助检索,查找关于iRoot SP用于根管治疗的临床研究文献。采用Revman 5.1对其中符合条件的国内外研究进行Meta分析。结果共检得363篇文献,最终纳入12项研究。Meta分析结果表明:iRoot SP封闭剂组的即刻充填质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。iRoot SP封闭剂组充填后24 h疼痛发生率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。iRoot SP封闭剂组根管充填的半年期和2年期的临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。iRoot SP封闭剂组根管充填的1年期临床疗效与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论iRoot SP临床疗效和生物相容性好,是目前理想的根管充填材料。

Objective To evaluate the effect of iRoot SP in root canal treatment. Methods Clinical literature on the effect of iRoot SP was collected using Cochrane’s database retrieval strategy. Meta-analysis were performed using the Revman 5.1 software. Results In total, 363 references were reviewed and 12 studies were included and analysed. The immediate root canal quality of iRoot SP group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the tested root canal sealers regarding postoperative pain at 24 hours.There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy of iRoot SP paste group in the half-year and two-year period of root canal filling, and the effect of iRoot SP group in one year period was not significant from the control. Conclusions iRoot sp paste has good long-term effect and biological compatibility and is an ideal material for root canal treatment.
