摘要
通过对新型移动灯具的灯座面板形体要素的分析,找出了其形体上存在的三处侧向型槽要素;一处凸台障碍体要素、四处平行开闭模方向沿边凸台要素;二处平行开闭模方向型孔要素、特大批量和外观要素。针对特大批量,注射模采用了一模四腔的结构形式,对于四处左、右侧向型槽采用了斜销滑块外抽芯机构进行成型与抽芯。对于八处前、后二侧向型槽,采用了斜推杆内抽芯机构进行成型与抽芯及脱模。而一处凸台障碍体,采用了分型面加以解决。八处沿边平行开闭模方向凸台和二处型孔,则采用镶嵌件结构形式。对于模具浇口、脱模和抽芯结构,应避免设置在有外观要素要求的外表面上。由于灯座面板形体要素分析正确和齐全,注射模结构方案分析和设计制造到位,灯座面板成型加工才能完全符合图纸要求,并具有漂亮的外观。
By analyzing the shape elements of the lamp holder panel of the new mobile lamp,this paper finds out three lateral groove elements on the shape;one boss obstacle element,four boss elements along the side parallel to the direction of opening and closing the die;two parallel opening and closing die direction hole elements,large batch and appearance elements.For the large batch,the injection mold adopts one mold four cavities structure.For the left and right side grooves,the inclined pin slide block core pulling mechanism is used for forming and core pulling.For the eight front and rear lateral grooves,the inclined push rod inner core pulling mechanism is used for forming,core pulling and demoulding.A boss obstacle is solved by parting surface.Eight bosses and two holes parallel to the direction of opening and closing the die along the edge adopt the form of inlay structure.For the mold gate,demoulding and core pulling structure,it shall be avoided to set on the outer surface with appearance element requirements.Because the analysis of the shape elements of the lamp holder panel is correct and complete,and the structural scheme analysis,design and manufacturing of the injection mold are in place,the molding and processing of the lamp holder panel can fully meet the drawing requirements and have a beautiful appearance.
