自制桡动脉支撑架用于经桡动脉入路术患者术后护理的价值

Value of self-made radial artery support frame in postoperative nursing care of patients undergoing transradial approach

目的探究自制桡动脉支撑架用于经桡动脉入路术患者术后护理的效果。方法选取湖南省人民医院2020年10月至2021年9月收治且进行桡动脉入路术患者1328例,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组664例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上增加自制桡动脉支撑架,比较两组患者术后及术后24 h的生命体征,出院时采用中国心血管患者生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)评价两组患者的生活质量,采用舒适状况量表(GCQ)评价舒适度,采用自制《满意度》调查表评价满意度,记录并发症发生情况。结果术后24 h,观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压及心率分别为(133.43±4.45)mmHg、(83.58±4.51)mmHg、(73.21±4.32)次/min,明显优于对照组的(135.41±4.33)mmHg、(85.54±4.49)mmHg、(75.15±4.45)次/min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时,观察组患者的总体生活质量评分为(41.55±7.78)分,明显高于对照组的(32.60±4.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的舒适度总体评分为(77.19±5.46)分,明显高于对照组的(70.08±5.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度为96.39%,明显高于对照组87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率为23.19%,明显低于对照组的46.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经桡动脉入路术患者的术后护理增加自制桡动脉支撑架,可有效提高临床治疗效果,促进康复进程。

Objective To explore the effect of self-made radial artery support frame for postoperative nursing of patients undergoing transradial approach.Methods A total of 1328 patients with radial artery approach in Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(n=664)and the observation group(n=664)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given self-made radial artery support on the basis of the control group.The vital signs of the two groups after operation and 24 hours after operation were compared.At discharge,CQQC was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups,GCQ was used to evaluate the comfort,self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction,and the occurrence of complications was recorded.Results 24 hours after operation,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate of the observation group were(133.43±4.45)mmHg,(83.58±4.51)mmHg,(73.21±4.32)time/min,which were better than(135.41±4.33)mmHg,(85.54±4.49)mmHg,(75.15±4.45)time/min of the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the overall quality of life score of the observation group was(41.55±7.78)points,which were significantly higher than(32.60±4.47)points in the control group(P<0.05).The overall comfort score of the observation group was(77.19±5.46)points,significantly higher than(70.08±5.31)points of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.39%,which was significantly higher than 87.50%of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 23.19%,significantly lower than 46.23%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made radial artery support frame can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and promote the rehabilitation process in postoperative nursing care of patients undergoing transradial approach.
