硫酸法烷基化油硫含量高原因分析及对策 被引量:1

摘要 烷基化装置利用石油液化气中异丁烷、丁烯在浓硫酸催化剂作用下进行加成反应生成烷基化油,所产烷基化油辛烷值高、零芳烃、零烯烃,硫含量低,抗爆指数高。烷基化油硫含量作为产品质量的一个重要指标,受反应烷烯比、原料中的杂质(甲醇、丁二烯、总硫、水)、反应器运行、精制单元运行情况的影响。通过提高反应烷烯比、去除原料中的杂质、优化反应器运行参数和精制单元运行工况,从而降低烷基化油硫含量,最终使烷基化油硫含量≤0.0008%的指标。 The alkylation unit uses isobutane and butene in liquefied petroleum gas to generate alkylated oil by addition reaction under the action of concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst.The alkylated oil has high octane number,zero aromatics,zero olefins,low sulfur content and high antiknock index.The sulfur content of alkylated oil as an important indicator of product quality,it is affected by the reaction alkene ratio,the impurities in the raw materials(methanol,butadiene,total sulfur and water),reactor operation and refining unit operation.By improving alkanes olefine ratio of the reaction,removing the impurities in the raw materials,optimizing the operation parameters of the reactor and refining unit operation conditions,it can reduce the sulfur content of alkylated oil,and finally make the sulfur content of alkylated oil≤0.0008%index.
