五味消毒饮联合湿润烧伤膏对湿热下注型肛周脓肿根治术后创面愈合的影响

Effect of Wuwei Xiaodu drink and moisture exposed burn ointment on wound healing after radical operation of perianal abscess with damp-heat pouring downward syndrome

目的:观察五味消毒饮联合湿润烧伤膏对湿热下注型肛周脓肿根治术后创面愈合的临床效果。方法:将湿热下注型肛周脓肿根治术后患者81例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照1组、对照2组各27例;治疗组予五味消毒饮联合湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照1组予五味消毒饮治疗,对照2组予湿润烧伤膏外用。观察各组患者术后第1、10、20天创面疼痛评分、创面面积,第10、20天肉芽形态生长情况和创面完全愈合时间。结果:术后第1天,各组创面疼痛评分、创面面积比较无统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。术后第10、20天,治疗组创面面积、肉芽形态生长情况优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗组创面愈合时间平均(31.59±2.32)天,优于对照1组的(34.52±2.19)天和对照2组的(34.67±2.25)天(P﹤0.05)。结论:五味消毒饮联合湿润烧伤膏治疗湿热下注型肛周脓肿根治术后创面愈合疗效显著,可减轻患者疼痛、加快坏死组织脱落、促进肉芽组织生长和加速创面愈合。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wuwei Xiaodu drink and moisture exposed burn ointment on wound healing after radical operation of perianal abscess with damp-heat pouring downward syndrome.Methods:81 cases of selected patients after radical operation of perianal abscess with damp-heat pouring downward syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2,27 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Wuwei Xiaodu drink and moisture exposed burn ointment,while the control group 1 was treated with Wuwei Xiaodu drink,and the control group 2 was treated with externally applied moisture exposed burn ointment.The wound pain score,wound area,the growth situation of granulation morphology and the time of complete wound healing after operation were observed in patients of each group.Results:On the 1st day after operation,the wound pain score and wound area of patients in each group were without statistical difference(P﹥0.05).On the 10th and 20th day after operation,the wound area and the growth situation of granulation morphology of patients in treatment group were better than those in two control groups(P﹤0.05).The time of wound healing of treatment group was averagely(31.59±2.32)days,which was better than(34.52±2.19)days of control group 1 and(34.67±2.25)days of control group 2 respectively(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Wuwei Xiaodu drink and moisture exposed burn ointment on wound healing after radical operation of perianal abscess with damp-heat pouring downward syndrome is significant,which can reduce the pain of patients,accelerate the shedding of necrotic tissue,promote the growth of granulation tissue and accelerate the wound healing.
