基于全尺寸飞机柔性缩比模型的动力学特性试验研究

摘要 本文针对超薄蒙皮翼面、超轻、柔性等技术特点的飞机缩比模型开展动力学特性研究,探索全尺寸飞机缩比模型支持技术,模态识别技术。考虑激振器附加刚度和附加质量的影响,通过研究获得某全尺寸飞机缩比模型的固有模态参数,结果表明本方法用于超薄蒙皮翼面、超轻、柔性等技术特点的全尺寸飞机缩比模型是可行的。试验结果可用于理论分析修正、飞机结构动力学分析和飞行品质分析,为飞机研制提供技术支撑。本文的测试方法和流程为以后开展此类模型的全机地面振动试验打下重要基础,有很好的工程应用价值。 In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of aircraft scale model with ultra-thin skin,ultra light,flexible and oth­er technical characteristics are studied,and the full-scale aircraft scale model support technology and modal identification technology are explored.Considering the influence of the additional stiffness and mass of the exciter,the natural modal pa­rameters of a full-scale aircraft scale model are obtained through research.The results show that the method is feasible for the full-scale aircraft scale model with ultra-thin skin,ultra light,flexible and other technical characteristics.The test results can be used for theoretical analysis and correction,aircraft structural dynamics analysis and flight quality analysis,and pro­vide technical support for aircraft development.The test method and process in this paper lay an important foundation for the whole aircraft ground vibration test of this kind of model in the future,and has good engineering application value.
