摘要
针对实验室高温试验系统安全隐患多,故障不易排除的问题,本文采用故障树分析法(FTA)结合高温试验系统故障事件构建故障树模型,获得影响试验系统安全运行的主要因素及关键设备,通过确定最小割集对试验系统可靠性进行定性分析,并给出试验系统安全的定量分析方法,对实验室高温试验系统的维护和可靠运行具有指导意义。
Aiming at the problem that the faults of high temperature test system in laboratory has more security problems,and difficult to remove,in this paper,fault tree analysis(FTA)method is used,combined with fault event statistics of high temperature test system to build fault tree model,and the important events and facilities which affect the safe operation of test system are obtained.The reliability of test system is made qualitative analysis by determining the minimum cut set,and a quantitative analysis method on the safety of test system given.The analysis method has guiding significance for the maintenance and reliable operation of the high temperature test system in the laboratory.
