高温高低周载荷耦合试验技术

Research on the test technology of high-low cycle composite load with the high temperature

摘要 针对材料级试验件在高温环境、低周离心载荷和高周振动载荷共同作用下的疲劳寿命,开展高温高低周复合载荷疲劳试验技术研究,突破电磁感应加热试验技术、高低周复合载荷加载控制技术,并在试验中得到了充分验证。 For the fatigue life of turbine rotor blades under the combined action of high temperature,low cycle centrifugal load and high cycle vibration load,the technology of high-low cycle composite load fatigue test with high temperature is car­ried out,and break through electromagnetic induction heating technology,coordinated loading control technology of high-low cycle composite loads,orthogonal load decoupling technique.And based on the turbine blade simulation test,the above technology is fully verified,the correctness and feasibility of the test technology are proved.
