摘要
介绍了以液化天然气(LNG)副产品富氢气或焦炉煤气为原料气的变压吸附制氢。通过合理的工艺设置可实现双气源间的安全、快速切换,实现500 m^(3)/h的高纯氢气的稳定供应,氢气纯度达到99.999%。
Hydrogen production by pressure swing adsorption with hydrogen rich by product of liquefied natural gas(LNG)or coke oven gas as feed gas is introduced.Through reasonable process settings,the safe and rapid switching between two gas sources can be re alized,and the stable supply of 500 m3/h high-purity hydrogen can be achieved.The hydro gen purity can reach 99.999%.
