摘要 空分内置液体泵异常跳停,会直接导致空分系统工况紊乱。通过液体泵一开一备,联锁加载控制模式,解决液体泵跳停对空分系统的影响。通过日常的点检维护,运行优化,保障液体泵运行安全,备用有效。 The abnormal tripping and shutdown of the built-in liquid pump of the air separation system will directly lead to the disorder of working condition of the air separa tion system.The influence of liquid pump tripping on air separation system was solved through the control mode of one liquid pump on operation and one standby with interlock ing loading.Through daily spot inspection and maintenance and operation optimization,the safe operation and effective standby of liquid pump are ensured.
